Prenatal Yoga

Your destination for classes for expectant birthing parents in the Northland, all levels welcome!

** Current class series will be prenatal yoga Wednesdays 9/9/26 and 9/23/26 6:00-7:15pm; and perinatal core circuit Wednesdays 9/16/26 and 9/30/26 6:15-7:00pm. Classes will be at our new location within The Nurture Collective. **

This yoga series is specifically designed for the pregnant body! In a small group setting you will enjoy a variety of movements, postures, and poses to support you through pregnancy. Reduce muscle tension, address strength and balance issues, prepare for birth, center your mind, and more.

Our yoga classes are taught by Sarah Chapple, a certified prenatal yoga instructor, birth doula, and mama. Not only does Sarah understand the physical demands of pregnancy and birth but she also has a keen awareness of the mental and emotional journey of pregnancy, birth, and parenting. She infuses her yoga, birth doula, and mama wisdom into each class. Learn more about Sarah here.

Classes run in a series format with approximately 6 classes held weekly on Wednesdays from 6:00-7:15 pm. $20 per session with options for a discount to purchase the entire series of classes on the first day of the series.

Each class includes:

  • A daily theme and connecting question to support you in navigating pregnancy and prepare for birth and parenthood
  • Ground through a brief community circle to connect through introductions and questions of the day
  • Move through a strong and uniquely sequenced yoga flow that connects to the daily theme. Modifications and challenges offered throughout!
  • Labor management tool at the climax of the class to practice working through an average contraction.
  • Slow down/cool down with space for holds and time in Savasana with optional hands on assists and eye pillows during this time.
  • Class ends with a meaningful blessing from Sarah “Mother to Mother” with time to connect with each other.
There is a two participant minimum to run the yoga class. We reserve the right to cancel class due to an insufficient number of participants, and will grant a full refund.

Testimonials

Sarah’s class is perfect for the expectant mama. I don’t feel limited, I feel strong. It is an amazing midweek full body and mind reset. Sarah leads us through a labor prep piece which changes every week and is genuinely fun! I also love connecting with my pregnant peers in the Duluth area!
